Hi there, I'm Matt Marquez
Software engineer by day, arm-chair philosopher by night. Currently working on something new. Previously, I've held various software engineering roles (including in the semiconductor space, the healthcare space, and the short-form video space) and have contributed to research projects investigating the use of modern AI tools in human-in-the-loop planning.
At a high level, I'm interested in exploring novel ways to better organize, navigate, and grasp the wealth of knowledge available to us for the purposes of allowing humans to flourish. This involves making information easier to obtain, but it also involves providing the framework for allowing that information to be understood, explored, and built upon in novel ways (which, in turn provides fertile ground for the emergence of new discoveries and perspectives.)
